Hi All!
Well, I guess I have to come to terms with the fact that the warm weather is over. I had to turn my heat on yesterday!! You know I love summer, but I live in Michigan, so I have to deal with the upcoming winter.
There will be lots of attachments to this mailing because we have been very busy around here. Please try to spread the flyers wherever you can!
Christmas cards are due to arrive in our office next week. Please get your orders and sale dates to us as soon as possible so we can create posters and a schedule for pick up.
Mark your calendars for Oct. 17 and the legislative breakfast. I know it is a bit of a drive, but it is always an informative morning, and a couple of original LIFESPAN founders are mentioned in the speaker’s book!
With the election coming up, I will only say to please think of who will provide protection to the most vulnerable members of our society.
It is increasingly difficult to share our pro-life message. We would like to have a “membership drive” to make sure that more people are made aware of the looming threat of euthanasia and the continued use of the abortion pills. If you have any ideas on how to plan for this, please let us know.
Do any of you know a company or business who could assist us, or actually do it for us, in placing our Lights for Life Christmas tree (artificial of course, but with lights) at Weingart Garden Center in Farmington.
The most exciting news this month is that we have a new Team of 4 For Life! These are four young woman who are preparing an increased presence on social media for LIFESPAN. They are so very skilled in the appropriate use of platforms, websites, creation brochures and on and on. I stand I awe of their skill and am blown away by their enthusiasm for making pro life issue in general and LIFESPAN more visible to folks of every age.
Love Life!
Diane
