Hello Pro-life Heroes,
Please continue to spread the word about the 2024 Be The Change program on April 12 in the cafeteria at St. Michael Catholic School in Livonia. Make sure your pastor and those in charge of youth religious education are aware of this wonderful program. A pizza dinner is provided to all attendees. Again, adults are welcome too and I promise you will learn a lot by attending as well! Be The Change is a collaboration of LIFESPAN and Protect Life Michigan.

Introducing Julia Ferracciolo, Assistant Youth Director (Wayne Chapter)
My name is Julia and I am the new Assistant Youth Director for RTL–LIFESPAN Wayne Chapter. I have been pro-life since my conception and was raised to grow fervently for the cause. I am eager to see young people rebel against the pro-choice agenda and embrace life at every stage. Hence I will be reaching out to the youth to enact a revival in Michigan. I would love to help spread the plethora of resources available and get young people to events, as well as establish memberships in Wayne County. I am ecstatic to help LIFESPAN make a difference and stop abortion and euthanasia, protect all life, and share our passion for this gift of life.
Introducing Rebecca Bridgnanan, Wayne Chapter Office Manager
Hi, I am Rebecca Bridgnanan! I’m excited to be part of the Wayne Chapter of RTL-LIFESPAN as Office Manager! I have previously worked for other national and state pro-life organizations before spending almost a decade working in corporate America. I am thrilled to be back supporting and promoting the pro-life cause! I graduated from Franciscan University (Go Barons!) in 2007. My husband and I have a wonderful and precocious 2-year-old daughter. Please feel free to stop in the office to say hi!

April 6-7: Right to Life – LIFESPAN Learn to Be The Change this Friday, April 12
Free registration remains open for Be the Change, Michigan’s best pro-life youth training program this Friday, April 12 at the St. Michael Grade School cafeteria from 4-8pm. It is offered by LIFESPAN in partnership with Protect Life Michigan. It is intended for students in 7th Grade and up. Joseph Tuski will offer a workshop for promoting pro-life values & the dynamic Alison Centofante, a national pro-life activist & mother of two pregnant with her third child, will provide the keynote. April 13-14: Right to Life – LIFESPAN Celebration of Life Dinner & Silent Auction
Gather your friends and reserve a table for the 2024 Celebration of Life Dinner & Silent Auction! The tickets are free, the meals are delicious, and the speaker lineup features national pro-life leader (Rev.) Frank Pavone. This Celebration of Life takes place on the evening of Tuesday, May 7 at San Marino Club in Troy. April 27-28: Right to Life – LIFESPAN State Senate Targets the Elderly
In November 2023, Senate Bill #681 was introduced to the State Senate in Lansing to legalize euthanasia in Michigan. State Senators Cavanaugh, Hertel, Klinefelt, Singh, Moss, Geiss, Chang, Polehanki, McCann, Irwin, Bayer, and Wojno all sponsored SB 068. It was referred to the Senate Committee on Health Policy. Although it does not currently have the votes in the House or Senate, the 2024 elections to Statewide offices will be vital. Naming it “death with dignity”, “medical aid in dying”, or “mercy killing” will never avoid the reality that it targets those most vulnerable.
