Hi All!
You all know this memo is written in the middle of the current month for the next month. Everyone seems to have a different deadline for articles etc, and we want you to have the news in a timely manner. So, right now we are looking for at a very hot week in June. Summer has arrived. Hopefully, it will give us all a time to relax and enjoy some family time.
Clearly the USSC decision on the abortion pills was a disappointment. What boggles my mind is why those who claim to want to support women refuse to acknowledge the admitted dangers of these pills. Talking to someone on the phone and getting a drug by mail, without a physical examination, leaves women vulnerable to a whole host of dangerous side effects. These pills are NOT like a Tylenol, to say nothing about them giving abusers and sex traffickers free reign to cause those they abuse to abort their babies with no questions asked.
Ok, the summer heat was just referenced above and now we will mention Christmas Cards! There is a Christmas card form attached to this email so that you can think of how many you will want this year. We are already in communication with the card people and will have samples soon.
The months leading up to the national elections promise to be some of the most contentious ever seen. Right to Life-Lifespan is a 501 c 3 organization and cannot and does not endorse or recommend candidates for political office. We do issue a candidate survey to all our members that shows the response from candidates to important pro-life questions. If you do not currently receive a newsletter because you are not a member of Lifespan and would like to receive one for yourself or someone else, please call the office and let us know.
