Youth Outreach April 2022

First of all, it was super great to have Trevor Pollo from Protect Life Michigan and Josiah Presley from Abortion Survivors Network speak at our Be the Change event that took place on Friday, March 11th at Divine Child High School and March 12th at the Auburn Hills Christian Center.   We had a good mix of Jr. High, High School, College Students, young adults, parents, teachers, DRE’s and youth group leaders at the event!  I was personally so impressed with the speakers and truly inspired by the students/young adults!  Their attention to the speakers and the very thoughtful questions they asked the speakers were amazing!

The summary of the AHCC location on Saturday is attached for you to look at.  I wanted to share with you comments directly from a lot of those who attended.  😊  I also attached the Power Point presentation that Trevor Pollo used at the event.  Caution:  There are some graphics of abortion in the presentation.

If you want information for our next Be the Change in 2023, please let me know!  I will add you to the list and update you as plans develop!.

The LIFESPAN Spring Prolife Sidewalk Chalking Day will be a whole lot of fun at the end of April!  If you give us permission, we would be happy to post pictures of the messages and artwork from the groups who participate on April 26th on our website as well as include them in our 2022 Resource Book.  You can send pics and messages to me at the email address below.  By the way, we do have chalk at our offices in Troy and Livonia if your school or youth group needs some (while our supplies last!).  Just send me an email!

Here is a great example of our pro-life movement’s outreach:  Students for Life of America has a website dedicated solely to helping pregnant and parenting women find the resources they need to be successful along with people standing by to talk and assist women who reach out.  The national and local resources include assistance with housing, finances, food, clothing, childcare, counseling, etc.  Anything that a woman might need mentally, spiritually, or physically during her pregnancy and thereafter can be found through the numerous resources listed at www.standingwithyou.org.  All at no cost to her.

Lastly, you can stay in the “pro-life news loop” with these article links…please share with others!

Love them both!
