Hi Folks!
On the calendar it is 6 weeks until Spring. In Michigan, Spring is anyone’s guess!!
Due to circumstances beyond his control, Ryan Bomberger has had to withdraw from Be the
Change. We are very disappointed of course, but Allison Centofante. Alison is a child advocacy
innovator, in-demand national public speaker, activist, and writer with over ten years of
experience speaking on abortion, marriage, human dignity, and religious freedom. I am sorry this
is late, but we were waiting for confirmation from Allison. She is expecting her 3rd child and
needed medical clearance to fly. She is very excited to be coming to speak to our Be the Change
audiences.
We are working diligently to increase the number of ads in our Resource Book. The Book is a
huge fund raiser for us and the more ads we have, the more we can do for moms and babies. If
your faith community has not taken an ad for this year’s book, please ask if they will. I have
attached a form for them. If they would like to see a sample of the book and the ads we have, let
me know. I am attaching an ad form. If you have any questions, please call me 248-816-1546
March 19th is Chalk Day. See attached flyer
Just an FYI—The Alabama Supreme Court has declared that frozen embryos (used in IVF) are
human beings—persons—and cannot be destroyed. This has always been a controversial topic.
Embryos not implanted into the woman seeking to become pregnant have been labeled as
“leftover” embryos. I have NEVER understood how a living human being could be called a
leftover.
Mark your calendars for April 20th. We are going to honor all of you at a Volunteer Luncheon at
the Grand Tavern in Troy. Invitations will bemailed as the date grows closer.
We have a new Youth Representative for Wayne County! Julia is a young, about to be married,
pro lifer who is very familiar with social media. We look for a greatly renewed presence on
social media to reach out to the younger generation!
You will probably be receiving more messages from me before the next official Representative
Mailing—some of our flyers are not printed yet!
