The 2023 Movement in Motion Youth Bus Trip to DC for the Post-Roe March for Life is now over. But, what the Marchers learned and experienced while on the trip has ignited a very strong commitment to Life! The groups on Buses 1 and 2 were awesome and the leadership was terrific! They want to go back again in 2024…and will get others to join them! There will be a LIFESPAN 2024 Movement in Motion YBT to DC from January 18th-20th. I am spreading the word about an upcoming pro-life event sponsored by Mercy High School’s Pro-Life Club. They are excited to host “Life Defenders Training” for all Metro Detroit area Catholic high school students on Friday, February 10 from 3:30-5 pm. Our REVISED Be the Change flier is attached. Please share it with others wherever and in whatever ways you can and join us at one of our training sessions – either on Friday, March 3rd (Divine Child) or Saturday, March 4th (Auburn Hills Christian Center). This training is for Jr. High, High School students, College students, young adults, parents, teachers, religious ed directors, youth ministers, anyone who works with young people. There will be prizes for the top two students who bring the most people with them, and for the top two students who bring the most people with them who have never actively participated in pro-life events before (“on the fence” about abortion but open to attending the training session). We recently received a Boycott List (see the attached). Some companies I was aware of to avoid, but now I have started avoiding many others and using alternatives. Sadly, it’s a really long list. Please take time to review it and share it with others.
