2020 Blind Auction Item List
This auction format is designed to give our dinner guests and members an opportunity to participate in the auction virtually. Due to COVID, we were not able to have our Annual Dinner this year, and in place of our Silent Auction, we are going to hold a Blind Auction.
With our blind auction, participants submit their best offer for any item(s) of their choice. The highest offer for each item will be the winner. In the event of a tie, the offer submitted with the earliest date will be the winner.
There will also be an opportunity to make a donation to our “Catching Up after COVID” Fund, which will help us replace the donations that our cancelled Fundraisers would have generated.
To submit offers: Email the following information to mainoffice@rtl-lifespan.org: Item #, Amount of Offer, Name & Phone Number. Email is the only option for submitting offers and must be received by our Main Office from 12:01 AM on Friday, November 13th through 11:59 PM on Saturday, November 14th.
REMEMBER: All emails must be received from 12:01 AM on Friday, November 13th through Saturday, November 14th at 11:59 PM. Winners will be notified on November 16, 2020. Once payment (check or credit card) is secured, a date and time will be scheduled for pick-up at the closest Chapter office (Troy or Livonia). Any gift cards or certificates will be mailed.
